You will get a username/password combination and an URL to log in and
access the ebook online. The URL and the Password will be displayed on your
order confirmation screen, then emailed to your email address. If you want it mailed to you please request it by
email with subject: request ebook in mail. PLEASE give your name and address

Delivery of actual products:
US: Mostly by UPS. Occasionally by priority mail and regular mail
(to APO and APO addresses, PO Box, etc.).
